Hi steve the new clipper is looking great I reall y love the weathering that you’ve done and the engine burn nice job all over.
If your going to build Galactica the Mobuis model has a couple of inaccuracies on it that are really eay to correct the first one being the top side of the head doesn’t line up with the rest of the body that just requires cutting here and there and it’ll drop down flush. And the molding between the armour plates and the ribs isn’t great I drilled them away and used a needle file to square them (same way as doing a window) but it is such a good looking model. Enjoy it.
Great job on the metal finish, but I cringed when you mentioned the clear coat. Clear will not make Metalizer look chromey, it’ll make it a shiny gray. Please test it first.
Second time is always better, isn’t it?

Thanks Caz and Rob. This isn’t the buffing stuff. I will test it though. But talk about silvering though on the decals if I don’t clear coat it.
