Seaview gets a custom stand

No battery today. Darn.

So I worked on the stand all day. It has an Ebony stain on it at Chuck’s request. That will dry 24 hours. Then I’ll use some satin floor sealer on it for depth.

I made up this graphic in Photoshop tonight and used it in a name plate. It sits behind a 1/4 think piece of polycarb. Tomorrow I’ll add some facing around the edges. The white stuff is while glue that will dry clear.

I hope the battery shows up tomorrow then it has to charge 24 hours. We are looking at trimming this weekend. So tomorrow I’ll start on the instructional DVD for Chuck. Once I get her trimmed I’ll add the pool trials video to that DVD.

    Steve,
That stand is perfect! The structural beam emulating the internal architecture cue is so natural. Nicely done and certainly there will be flattery in the form of imitation, likely starting with me!

Thanks Kerry! I like the stand myself!
